Scope of services

Website Design: We will design and develop a custom website based on your specifications and requirements. 

Content: You are responsible for providing all content for your website, including text, images, and videos. 

Modifications: We may make minor modifications to your website as needed to ensure its functionality and compatibility.


Payment terms 

Deposit: No deposit is required to initiate the project, it's free.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the website and before delivery. 

Payment Methods: We accept e-transfer, credit cards, paypal.


 Project timeline 

Estimated Completion: We will provide an estimated completion date based on the scope of the project and your feedback. 

Delays: We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated completion date, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.


 Intellectual Property 

Ownership: You will own the copyright to the final website design. 

Our Rights: We retain the right to use your website as a reference in our portfolio.


Confidentiality

Confidential Information: We will treat all information you provide as confidential. 

Exceptions: We may disclose confidential information as required by law or to protect our rights.


Limitation of Liability

Liability: Our liability for any damages or losses arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you. 

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the website.


Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta. 

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through discussions and mutual respect.


Amendments

Termination
